The countdown is on until my Hawaii vacation, yay! So now I have exactly 30 days to get it right and get it tight! I definitely want to look my best while I am on vacation, so I made a checklist that I will follow strictly for the next 30 days.
• Eat clean foods - lean poultry, grassfed beef, veggies, coconut oil, eggs, sweet potato, plantains, fruit, coconut milk, Plantfusion protein powder • Eat 5-6 meals a day • Train hard & lift heavy • Lift weights 3 days a week (upper & lower split) and cardio 5 days a week • Work abs 3 days a week • Limit carbs to early part of the day and after my workouts • 1 cheat meal a week • Drink plenty of water • Limit alcohol consumption
**Mission get it right and get it tight is full effect!
