Today's post is very special...it's my first ever What I Ate Wednesday (W.I.A.W.) post!! Every Wednesday my Pulse reader is filled with all my favorite bloggers W.I.A.W. posts showcasing a days worth of the food they ate. This weekly blogging event was created by Jenn of Peas and Crayons and is pretty huge in the blogging community. Well since I'm already a fanatic when it comes to taking and sharing pictures of my food, I thought I'd join in the fun!
In case you've never heard of W.I.A.W. here is a little snip-it from Peas and Crayons...
I started my morning off with a delicious banana omelet made with 2 eggs, 1 white, stevia, cinnamon, 1 banana and topped with 1 tbsp of almond butter.
After my workout I enjoyed a chocolate protein shake (not shown) with a banana and for lunch I had 4oz chicken breast with apples and strawberries (weird combo, I know).
Lastly, for dinner I enjoyed salmon, broccoli, avocado and sweet potato.
