Time flies when you are having fun! Over a week has passed since the start of PowerCakes #JunePowerMealaDay clean eating photo challenge. I've enjoyed seeking out the meal of the day and getting creative with my photos on Instagram!
Here is my 10 day PowerMeal lineup:
Day 1: Eat a rainbow - My Power salad! Spinach, zucchini, squash, carrots, tomato, cashew, pecan, bok choy, red and yellow peppers, chicken, beef, balsamic, and olive oil
Day 2: Red - I didn't eat anything red that day, so I'm posting my beautiful strawberries from a couple days before
Day 3: Orange - Breakfast was sweet potato, eggs, almonds, stevia and cinnamon
Day 4: Yellow - Plantains cooked in coconut oil, with egg, brussels, broccoli and beef bacon
Day 5: Green - I had delishsalad with spinach, chicken, cranberries, walnuts and balsamic vinegar from Bare Burger
Day 6: Blue - I enjoyed some post workout blueberries along side my vanilla protein shake
Day 7: Purple - I had a purple cabbage and lettuce leaf salad with grassfed beef, tomato, peppers, zucchini, cucumbers, hard boiled eggs, oil and vinegar
Day 8: Pre-workout - I had beautiful yellow pineapple and walnuts
Day 9: Post-workout - I made my favorite post-workout pumpkin protein pancake
Day 10: PowerBreakfast - Eggs, kale, and my coconut flax single serve coffee cup muffin
